* Women in Mission is a member of the Gulf Coast Zone of the Texas District LWML. The Zone meets twice a year at rallies
hosted by member churches. The Texas District and the national LWML meet in convention alternately each year.
* Mite offerings pay for mission grants chosen at convention. The Texas District keeps 75% of the monies collected and sends
the remaining 25% to the national LWML.
* Supports Lutheran World Relief collections and quilts
